Your Privacy. Our Priority.
At Vorsam, we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Vorsam is operated by Fremen Labs, Inc. ("Fremen Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit vorsam.com, use the Vorsam application, sign up for demos or trials, contact sales or support, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. Where required by law, we rely on a lawful basis such as contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation, and we will explain that basis when we ask for your information.
You may provide account and profile information (such as name, work email, company, role, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Microsoft Entra ID or another identity provider we support). You may also provide content you submit through forms, support tickets, surveys, or in-product feedback.
We automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address, device type, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Services. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section.
We may receive information from integrations you enable (for example, Azure DevOps metadata needed to provide product functionality), payment processors, analytics providers, or fraud-prevention vendors, consistent with their terms and your configuration.
We use personal information to deliver the Services you request, authenticate users, process transactions, provide customer support, and send service-related notices (such as security alerts or policy updates).
We analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form to improve performance, reliability, and product design, and to understand which features are most valuable. Where permitted, we may send marketing communications; you can opt out as described in Your Rights and Choices.
We use information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues, and to enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with subprocessors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting on Microsoft Azure, email delivery, analytics, or support tooling), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms appropriate to the role.
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fremen Labs, our users, or the public.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice where required by law.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls, logging, and secure development practices. OAuth-first authentication (such as Microsoft Entra ID) reduces reliance on shared secrets where configured.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong authentication, protect credentials, and report suspected incidents to privacy@vorsam.com or through your account representative.
We retain account and product data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription or trial, and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Backup and log data may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems. When retention periods expire, we delete or de-identify information in accordance with our internal schedules, subject to legal holds.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We may need to verify your request before responding.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Service-related and transactional messages may continue where necessary to operate your account.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect certain features of the website.
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure traffic, and (where allowed) support advertising measurement. Third-party scripts we embed (such as analytics or scheduling widgets) may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
You can control cookies through your browser. Our Cookie Policy link in the footer may be updated with more detail on specific cookies and retention; where required, we obtain consent before non-essential cookies are used.
The Services may link to third-party sites or rely on integrations (for example, Microsoft Azure DevOps). Those third parties have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read them before providing information.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. Our inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Services are intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Fremen Labs is based in the United States and may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable regulators for cross-border transfers.
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or Services. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we post changes.
If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email to your account administrator or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
For privacy-related requests or questions, contact Fremen Labs at privacy@vorsam.com or through the contact options listed on vorsam.com. You may also write to us at the mailing address published on our contact page.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We are committed to transparency. If you have any questions about our privacy practices, we are here to help.
